Season 59 introduces a completely new system that limits the maximum participation of each player.
If the “energy” was previously fulfilled, the “too many streams” behavior of the game now comes into play.
What does that mean?
Each player can play on 3 maps or 3 streamers at the same time. A timer of 10 minutes starts after each race/round race, battle royal oder tilt. You can only switch to another streamer after the timer has expired. This also applies if a streamer ends their session.
What are the consequences?
This means that the “clean ups” previously played at the end of a stream are no longer necessary.
If the player has more than 3 timers running, a “timeout” occurs and he must wait until the timer becomes “free” again – i.e. stop playing completely to get points again.
But this way he can still say goodbye to his fellow players without pressure or haste. It is possible that streamers will quickly adopt countdowns to complete the stream in the display – but we’ll see.
The “checkmark” has also been removed – you can now roll as many lanes as you want with a streamer.
Display?
This timeout is displayed in the mobile and PC app. You can see exactly what that looks like here…
