Competitive raids as a participant/marbler
This is a new game mode for Marbles on Stream since Season 64. Every 20 minutes, a new streamer is automatically and randomly selected, and points must be collected. The jump to the next streamer is displayed on the Pixel-by-Pixel website. There you can also see what prizes are up for grabs — interesting items that cannot be purchased or won anywhere else, or Tournament Coins in the pot.
To be included in the scoring, you must register on the Competitive Raids (CompRaid for short) participant list. You can register on the upcoming list 5 minutes before the end of the current CompRaid.
PLEASE NOTE: Participation now costs 1 Dust per “Join.” Even if you do not actively participate in the raid afterwards.
Minimum number of participants: At least 7 participants are required for such a CompRaid. I do not currently know whether the participation fee will be refunded if the raid does not take place.
When it’s time for the next raid, a red button labeled “WATCH” will appear on the website—click on it to be redirected to these streamers. There is NO automatic raid to this streamer – you would have to do that yourself. The number in the top right corner shows the current number of viewers watching the stream.
Prizes: There is usually something exclusive as inventory for first place and 15 Community Coins each for second and third place. The prizes should arrive in your inventory very quickly (or immediately) after the round. You can then select them in the app.

But be careful: CompRaids count towards the “3 streamer rule.” This means that if you want to play longer, you can only play permanently on one additional stream after each round due to the 10-minute timer. You will only be included in the ranking if you have no more than the “allowed” 3 active hosts (streamers) with whom you are playing your marble.
And you have to keep an eye on when it’s time to switch to the next streamer – the current streamer will not raid you (forward you to the next one). Therefore, it’s best to keep an eye on the CompRaid page.
Here is a video by JojoCGo in English showing the process:
Competitive raids as a streamer
In order for you as a streamer to participate in these events, you must register on the Pixel by Pixel Studios website under “Account“.
After you have opted in there, you will be entered into the pool for random selection.
If you’re running a special event, or using Tilting, for example, consider whether it makes sense to disable the opt-in for that period. Firstly, the new marbles won’t bother you, and secondly, Tilting is, in my opinion, unsuitable for CompRaids.
If you receive a CompRaid as a streamer, it would be beneficial for the participants if you paid attention to these points:
- No excessively long lanes, max 1.5 – 2 minutes
- No excessively high death rate
- Short start timers – 45 seconds is perfectly sufficient
- No lengthy reading out of the winners and their scores after a lane has finished
For CompRaid participants, it is important to complete as many lanes as possible within the available time in order to collect points.
